We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly skilled Permanent Machine Builder to join our innovative team in the Manufacturing industry. As a part of our team, you will be responsible for building, testing, and commissioning complex machinery. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and has a strong background in electromechanical, electrical, mechanical, and optical fields.
Responsibilities:
1. Assemble, align, and test various types of machinery and equipment per specifications and protocols.
2. Configure and commission machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
3. Utilize technical knowledge in electromechanical, electrical, mechanical, and optical to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
4. Work closely with the engineering team to understand blueprints, technical diagrams, and assembly instructions.
5. Perform regular maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to ensure efficient operation.
6. Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures during machine assembly and testing.
7. Assist in the development and improvement of assembly and testing procedures to enhance efficiency and quality.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.
9. Keep abreast of industry advancements and technologies to remain competitive.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Machine Builder, Technician, or a similar role in the Manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience in assembling, aligning, testing, configuring, and commissioning machinery.
3. Strong knowledge of electromechanical, electrical, mechanical, and optical systems.
4. Ability to read and understand technical diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions.
5. Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
7. Strong commitment to adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. A degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
