Machine Maintenance - 2nd Shift

Jobot is currently working with a well known client in the Racine WI area looking for a Direct Hire Machine Maintenance professional for the 2nd shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform planned, preventative maintenance and repair of machinery and machinery-related equipment for the entire plant
• Troubleshoot and repair simple and complex machine malfunctions related to electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic controls
• Utilize tool room equipment to fabricate replacement parts when necessary
• Install, Set -Up, Teardown, Remove, and/or Relocate machinery throughout the plant as needed

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in machine repair, metals, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Experience working in a Machine Shop environment, strong preference for experience with CNC (mills & lathes), Grinding, and Press room equipment
• Proficient in the use of various tools and equipment used in machine maintenance.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment.
