The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of life safety codes and regulations, as well as a proven track record in facility maintenance management. As a Maintenance Director, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetics of our facility.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.
