**Position Overview:**
We are looking for an experienced Engineering and Maintenance Manager to lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, ensuring they meet product specifications, quality standards, and environmental regulations. This role oversees the maintenance of all facilities, equipment, and tooling, while also driving continuous improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead and supervise the engineering and maintenance teams.
• Develop and implement cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Oversee capital expenditures and equipment procurement.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Manage and improve plant infrastructure and production efficiency.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, SMED, Kaizen, and CAD.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
