• Minimum 5 years’ experience in continuous manufacturing facilities or related heavy industry, specifically focused on maintenance of all facets of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment and systems. Prior experience as an Inspector and/or Planner highly desirable
• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, in particular Excel and SAP

• BA/BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Ability to interact with plant personnel. Good interpersonal skills

• Strong communications skills, both oral and written
• Results driven
• Problem solving (Root Cause Analysis)
• Ability to learn through formal training and work related experiences
• Strong technical knowledge of maintenance operations
• Inspection program compliance and effectiveness is consistently demonstrated
• Up to date knowledge of equipment condition is maintained
• Outcome of inspections are appropriately communicated to drive short and long term planning
• Value added information is provided to the planner to promote efficient and effective planning
• Develop and maintain equipment inspection and condition management strategies
• Build and manage a comprehensive PPM program in SAP.
• Complete inspections per defined schedule
• Evaluate and improve the content and frequency of inspection plans, data collection sheets and decision criteria using OEM recommendation and performance history.
• Ensure systematic review, application and optimization of lubrication program in SAP.
