Maintenance Manager - Mechanical Electrical

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment and make necessary repairs.
• Conduct preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is operating at peak performance.
• Work with other members of the engineering team to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Participate in union negotiations and contract implementation.

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and steel manufacturing skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
