Job Details
The Maintenance Manager’s mission is to plan, organise and coordinate the engineering and technical operations of the maintenance team to provide innovative solutions to improving equipment reliability and productivity along with coaching and mentoring your team to deliver successful solutions for the plant.

- Appropriate Tertiary qualifications or Trade qualifications with appropriate related competencies in electrical or
- Significant experience in safety management practices and implementation.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor staff and engage with all levels of the
- Operational experience leading a multi-skilled team within a manufacturing plant including demonstrated
maintenance budgets and computer maintenance management systems.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and/or TPM type methodology would be advantageous.
