Job Details

Duties and Responsibilities:

Train, develop, and supervise technicians in the maintenance department, as well as operators that perform CILs (Cleaning, Inspection and Lubrication)
Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed.
Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work
Maintain a working relationship with OEMs and Equipment distributors
Drive high equipment reliability for electrical equipment, mechanical and automated systems
Maintain database of critical equipment MTBR (Mean Time Between Repairs)
Ensure proper functioning and conditions of buildings and grounds
Implement and enforce workplace safety policies and standards
Develop and steward a Preventive Maintenance Program
Manage materials and labor budgets for Maintenance function. Ensure adherence to budget. Issue weekly reports.
Support Operations Areas with Cleaning, Inspection, and Lubrication tasks
Coach Technical Leads
Ensure timely, safe, on-budget deployment of Capital Projects
Performs other related duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred or at least five years of maintenance experience preferred.
Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and automation systems
Working knowledge of CMMS
Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics
Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
Ability to plan maintenance schedules for building systems.
Excellent management and supervisory skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
Effective, excellent communication and people management skills
Customer Service excellence
Project Management
Able to perform basic troubleshooting on electrical and automated control equipment
Familiar with Management of Change for Electro-Mechanical systems
