This is a permanent position that involves overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our engineering projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and CMMS software. Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC, HMI, Food Production, HACCP, SQF, GMP, and CAPEX Project Management is crucial. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance operations of the engineering department, ensuring that all equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
- Utilize CMMS software to track and analyze maintenance operations, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement.
- Operate and maintain Allen Bradley PLC and HMI systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Ensure adherence to food production standards and regulations, including HACCP, SQF, and GMP.
- Manage CAPEX projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement maintenance training programs for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with other department heads to align maintenance strategies with overall company goals.
- Regularly inspect equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role in the engineering industry.
- Proven experience with Predictive Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and CMMS software.
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC and HMI systems.
- Experience in food production and familiarity with HACCP, SQF, and GMP standards.
- Proven experience in managing CAPEX projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
