The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in managing maintenance operations, optimizing processes, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities:

4. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including HACCP, SQF, and GMP.
5. Manage and execute CAPEX projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
6. Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
7. Work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure maintenance activities align with business objectives.
8. Manage the maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
9. Utilize HMI systems to monitor and control maintenance operations.
10. Respond promptly to any maintenance emergencies, implementing effective solutions.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a maintenance management role within the Engineering industry.
3. Proven experience with HMI, Food Production, HACCP, SQF, GMP, and CAPEX Project Management.
4. Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams.
5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage and deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
6. In-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and health and safety regulations.
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
9. Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets.
10. High level of computer literacy, with experience in using maintenance management software and HMI systems.
11. Certification in HACCP, SQF, GMP, or a related field would be an advantage.
