We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities. You will be the one to ensure that your colleagues have the best physical resources available to complete their duties according to budget.
Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Manager, you will:
1. Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation.
2. Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
3. Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
4. Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary.
5. Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
6. Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
7. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities.
8. Ensure health and safety policies are complied with.
9. Lead, manage, and direct the maintenance team.
10. Implement and manage the HACCP, SQF, GMP systems.
11. Oversee CAPEX project management to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
12. Ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working order.
13. Implement and manage HMI in food production.
14. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
1. Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or other managerial role.
2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Experience in planning maintenance operations.
4. Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, etc.
5. Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment.
6. Ability to keep track of and report on activity.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
9. Proficient in the use of HMI in food production.
10. Extensive knowledge and experience in HACCP, SQF, GMP systems.
11. Proven track record in CAPEX project management.
12. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree from a vocational school or BSc/BA in business administration or facility management will be an advantage.
13. Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus.
14. Ability to work under pressure and solve complex problems.
15. Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
