Job Details
Training for 1-3 months will take place on first shift (6am-2pm), with the plan to eventually fill a third shift position (10pm-6am) which offers shift differential pay of $1.50/hour

Job Summary
Under general supervision, performs skilled mechanical work in Preventive Maintenance, Troubleshooting and Installation of Bakery Machines,
Packaging Machines and Production Support Equipment; and performs related duties and projects as assigned
Education/Experience
Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed
· Keeps Bakery Machinery, Packaging Machinery and Production Support Equipment running
· Repairs breakdowns in a timely manner (critical for the baking process)
· Following GMP’S
· Responsible for food safety requirements pertaining to BRC, AIB, GMP and any other legal or legislative rules and / or regulations.
· Keep the Work Area orderly and clean
· Perform Daily Checks on Machinery and Equipment following, but not limited to the Daily Checklist provided
· Performance of Preventive Maintenance following the tasks in the Handbook of the Machine Suppliers or following the instructions in the preventive
Maintenance Schedule
· Replacing Parts on Bakery Machinery, Packaging Machinery and Production Support Equipment
· Set-up of Production Support Equipment and Machinery
· Cleaning of disassembled Machinery and Equipment
