Responsibilities:

• Equipment ranking + prioritization
• Autonomous maintenance support and participation
• Understand current state and define targets for improvement

Utilize CMMS

• Champion all maintenance activities to Oracle
• Ensure for inventory accuracy and regular auditing
• Enter data from our Maintenance Techs including parts, time spent on repair, etc.
• Keep system updated and well organized
• Understands equipment functions and recommends spare parts inventory requirements
• General ownership of spare parts warehouse

Cost Monitoring

• work with our Finance team to inform them of upcoming purchases/needs
• implement ideas for cost savings/efficiency
• maintain an organized and systematic approach when planning

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience within a Maintenance leadership role within manufacturing
• 2 year Technical degree or 4 year degree preferred, but not required
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Strong communication skills
• General understanding of industrial maintenance processes on equipment and facilities
