Responsibilities:
Utilize CMMS
Cost Monitoring
Qualifications:
- Equipment ranking + prioritization
- Autonomous maintenance support and participation
- Understand current state and define targets for improvement
Utilize CMMS
- Champion all maintenance activities to Oracle
- Ensure for inventory accuracy and regular auditing
- Enter data from our Maintenance Techs including parts, time spent on repair, etc.
- Keep system updated and well organized
- Understands equipment functions and recommends spare parts inventory requirements
- General ownership of spare parts warehouse
Cost Monitoring
- work with our Finance team to inform them of upcoming purchases/needs
- implement ideas for cost savings/efficiency
- maintain an organized and systematic approach when planning
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience within a Maintenance leadership role within manufacturing
- 2 year Technical degree or 4 year degree preferred, but not required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication skills
- General understanding of industrial maintenance processes on equipment and facilities
