The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance team. They will be responsible for assigning job duties, tracking progress on repairs, and ensuring that the team is working as effectively as possible.
Maintenance will support production by completing routine or preventative maintenance on equipment and by responding to break-down calls as they occur. About 30% of this role will be routine or preventative maintenance, 50% of the role will be responding to breakdowns, and the last 20% will be spent working on special projects. Maintenance will be heavily involved in special projects such as machine building and installation, production line / machinery upgrades, and process improvements that require technical skill to implement.
The maintenance department works as a team and duties will be assigned based on the strengths and weaknesses of each individual technician. We look to promote an environment that will help everyone grow and we believe the best way to grow is to learn from someone that compliments your skills and can turn your weaknesses into strengths!

Requirements:
- 2+ years of Supervisor / Managerial Experience
- Electrical Troubleshooting Experience
- Motor Control Knowledge
- PLC Troubleshooting Experience preferred
- Engineering or related degree preferred (Not required)
