We are looking for a dynamic, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our Engineering team. This is a permanent full-time position where you will be responsible for scheduling, assigning, and directing work, as well as performance reviews. Will oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of our company's facilities. You will be a key player in our team, ensuring that our machinery, systems, and processes operate at their peak.
Responsibilities:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will revolve around managing maintenance efforts to improve production efficiency and overall company performance. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Supervising the maintenance team and managing all maintenance activities in the plant.
2. Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs for all electrical and mechanical equipment, including PLC and VFD's.
3. Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment and systems.
4. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
5. Coordinating with other departments to identify maintenance needs and schedule repairs.
6. Training and developing team members, fostering a positive and proactive work environment.
7. Monitoring equipment inventory and placing orders when necessary.
8. Keeping maintenance logs and reporting on daily activities.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Maintenance leadership position.
2. A strong understanding of electrical systems, prefer hands-on experience with PLC and VFD's.
3. Proven experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of training and developing staff.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. A degree in Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
