Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our fast-paced engineering team. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in a maintenance management role.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance, facility management, project management, equipment maintenance, and team leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and their functions
• Strong understanding of budget management and financial analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and maintenance management software.
• Certification in a relevant field, such as Facility Management Professional (FMP), would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues.
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
• Supervise the maintenance team and provide training and guidance as needed
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.
