The Maintenance Technician will work independently and with other plant personnel to perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance and special projects.

The position will troubleshoot issues, and repair failures of production/equipment on equipment such as Stamping presses (Hydraulic and pneumatic),


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Troubleshooting wiring, motor controls, and sensors

· Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.

· Repairs or replaces defective parts.

· Checks fits, clearances, and appropriate adjustments to equipment.

· Installs special functional and structural parts in equipment (electrical/mechanical).

· Uses various devices to test equipment's performance.
