Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift

We are looking for a skilled Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician, equipment troubleshooting, and installation of equipment. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular maintenance and repair of CNC machines to ensure optimal performance
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to identify the root cause of problems and implement corrective actions
• Install new equipment and machinery, including electrical and mechanical components
• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and prolong the lifespan of equipment
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed on equipment
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
• Continuously improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Maintenance Technician or similar role
• Open to 3rd Shift ( 10pm to 6am )
• Strong technical knowledge of equipment troubleshooting and repair
• Experience with installation of equipment, including electrical and mechanical components
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, schematics, and blueprints
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other departments
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the Engineering industry
