We are currently seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving our high-speed, automated manufacturing equipment. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Maintenance Technician, your duties will include:

1. Performing routine and preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
2. Diagnosing and repairing faults in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
3. Troubleshooting electromechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Maintaining and improving automated control systems.
5. Collaborating with the operations team to identify and implement improvements in equipment and processes.
6. Assisting in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
7. Adhering to all safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
8. Documenting all maintenance and repair activities accurately and promptly.
9. Training other team members on maintenance procedures and best practices.
10. Participating in continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing operation.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
2. Proven experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
3. Strong electromechanical troubleshooting skills.
4. Experience in maintaining and improving automated control systems.
5. A technical degree or certification in a related field is preferred.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and team-working skills.
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
9. A commitment to maintaining high safety standards.
10. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
