We are seeking a highly skilled Permanent Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery. You will work closely with our team of engineers and production staff to ensure that our production processes are optimized and streamlined to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and repair work on our manufacturing equipment and industrial machinery
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues
• Perform preventative maintenance on a regular basis to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of our equipment
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and equipment status
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and perform repairs in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
• Experience with maintenance software and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
