Electrical Maintenance Technician

Leading food manufacturer is seeking a Electrical Maintenance Technicians to join its growing team.

We are hiring for all shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am)

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot and or repair any and all electrical issues with Plant and production equipment.
• Inspect, monitor and maintain all plant MCD’s.
• Analyze, troubleshoot repair or replace issues with drive motors on all plant and production equipment.
• Tuning VFD’s as required. Replacing and retuning VFD’s as required.
• Small to intermediate electrical projects, to include installations.
• Analyze, troubleshoot Allen Bradley PLC equipment and drives, to the component level.
• Ability to perform basic calibration of plant and production equipment.

Qualifications:

• Exhibits proficiency using multimeters, Megger meter.
• The ability to read electrical line schematics.
• Ability to read ladder logic.
• Intermediate knowledge of 480VAC plant distribution power systems.
• Experience with low voltage systems to include milliamp systems.
• Experience with proximity sensors.
• Ability to weld, not required, but helpful.
