Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:
1. Perform routine and preventative maintenance on all production equipment, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
2. Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime and ensure optimal production efficiency.
3. Collaborate with the production team to understand equipment needs and schedule maintenance activities accordingly.
4. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while carrying out work duties.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs made, parts used, and time spent.
6. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to equipment and processes to enhance efficiency and safety.
7. Train other team members on proper equipment operation and basic maintenance tasks.
8. Stay updated on latest industry trends, technologies and best practices in equipment maintenance.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience as a maintenance technician in the manufacturing industry, preferably in food production.
2. Proven expertise in maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of manufacturing equipment.
3. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
4. Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
8. Commitment to following all safety guidelines and regulations.
9. High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in equipment maintenance or a related field is preferred.
