Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Compensation: $25-$35/hour (depending on experience)
Shift: 1st shift, 2nd, and 3rd shift
Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Responsibilities:

• Ensure optimal operation of equipment and machinery through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
• Perform installations and verify functionality of new equipment under the guidance of the Senior Maintenance Tech Supervisor.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance according to schedules.
• Assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems and related equipment.
• Operate metalworking tools to create and repair parts, ensuring precise measurements.
• Utilize cutting torch or welding equipment for repairs and modifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for troubleshooting and repair.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, parts, and work areas.

What you need for this position:

• Certificate from a technical school or 5-10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance.
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance for processes such as Injection Molding and Roto Molding.
• Proficient in reading mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle various technical challenges.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with PLCs for troubleshooting and programming.
• Experience with molding machines and material handling equipment preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
