Job Details:

As a Permanent Maintenance Tech, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This role is pivotal in maintaining the smooth operation of our production and ensuring our high-quality standards are met. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing a wide range of production machines, including PLC, VFD, and conveyor systems. Your work will play a crucial role in our commitment to operational excellence, supporting our manufacturing processes, and contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and longevity.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues with production machines, including PLC and VFD systems.
• Maintain and repair conveyor systems, ensuring they are operating at optimal performance.
• Utilize your knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics to diagnose and fix issues with various machinery.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify and respond to signs of malfunction.
• Collaborate with the production team to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities accurately and promptly.
• Assist in the implementation of new equipment and systems, providing input on potential improvements and modifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of PLC and VFD systems is essential.
• Familiarity with conveyor systems, pneumatics, and hydraulics.
• Experience in equipment maintenance and a strong understanding of electrical skills.
• Ability to interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of GMP and SOP.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in a relevant field or a related certification is a plus.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and holidays.
