Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will report to the VP of Finance. The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will supervise one Financial Analyst. Job duties consist of the following:

• Assist in the annual budgeting process
• Assist in developing rolling 12-month forecast
• Work closely with business units in developing revenue and margin forecasts
• Work closely with demand planning and sales & operations to ensure forecast alignment maximizing

profitability of production and sales decisions

• Month-end variance analysis to budget, forecast, and prior year
• Quarterly compliance reporting for banking purposes
• ROI analysis on capital projects
• Assist on month-end board prep for CFO
• Ad hoc analysis and reporting

A BS in accounting or finance is required for consideration with MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of finance experience with manufacturing or food processing a big plus. Strong knowledge of GAAP, strong time management skills, strong data analysis skills, and experience working with large ERP systems in addition to data management tools such as SQL, Tableau or Power BI.
