Job Details

The Manager of HR Systems and Technology leads the strategy, implementation, and optimization of HR technology, including HRIS, ATS, and related tools. This role ensures data integrity, system efficiency, and the delivery of analytics to support business decisions. Key responsibilities include project management, vendor coordination, training, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance HR processes and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
HR Systems & Data Management
  • Oversee configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR technology systems.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with governance policies.
  • Identify and implement system improvements for efficiency and user experience.

Project Management & Implementation
  • Lead system upgrades, integrations, and new technology rollouts.
  • Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Oversee vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

Analytics & Reporting
  • Design dashboards and reports to provide actionable HR insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
  • Train stakeholders on HR analytics and system usage.

Training & Support
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR systems.
  • Develop training programs and documentation for HR teams and end users.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Qualifications & Skills
  • 8+ years of experience in HR technology or HRIS leadership roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
  • Expertise in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
