A bit about us:
My client is one of the most well known software companies in the Philadelphia area. They currently have a need for a Software engineering manager to take over one of their core engineering groups and teams. This role will work directly with the Vp of Software engineering and collaborate with other C level individuals as well. Great autonomy and strong mentorship from seasoned enterprise level leadership.
This role comes with a 15% bonus and is remote. There will be the need to come into the office one or twice a quarter so the preference is to have someone local to the Philly area.

8+ years of relevant work experience and 1+ year of proven leadership responsibility
