Job Details
- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products
- Competence in engineering skills set (CAD, drawings, manufacturing systems).
- Optimize existing manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop new manufacturing equipment and tools
- Perform process validation
- Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
- Collaborate with quality and regulatory teams to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Provide technical support to production teams and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process flow diagrams
- Continuously evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to increase product quality and reduce waste
