We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time position where you will play a vital role in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the seamless integration of new and existing products into production. You will be at the forefront of our operations, working closely with our design and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and systems for efficiency and quality. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about engineering, has a keen eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
2. Analyze and plan workforce utilization, space requirements, workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
3. Confer with planning and design staff concerning product design and tooling to ensure efficient production methods.
4. Coordinate with vendors to determine product specifications and arrange for the purchase of equipment, materials, or parts.
5. Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
6. Design, install, or troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
7. Develop manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment, and conferring with equipment vendors.
8. Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
9. Use CAD software, specifically SolidWorks, to create 3D models and detailed drawings.
10. Program CNC machines using G Code to produce parts according to specifications.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
3. Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks, and G Code programming.
4. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practices.
5. Experience with metal machining processes and equipment.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
9. Knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
10. Proven track record in improving production processes and efficiencies.
