Responsibilities:
What you need for this position:
- Lead the development and execution of capital projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and budget constraints.
- Collaborate closely with plant and branch operations to proactively identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, implement process improvements, and maintain company assets.
- Provide detailed manufacturing engineering support and information to internal teams and external clients.
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a focus on process improvement and project management.
- Proficient in mechanical and electro-mechanical systems, with a solid understanding of manufacturing processes and workflows.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct detailed cost-benefit analyses and payback assessments.
- Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD, with a keen eye for detail and precision in technical documentation.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and safety standards, particularly in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to various plant locations as required.
