Job Details
Responsibilities:
1. Designing, implementing, and refining manufacturing processes and equipment for optimal output and quality.
2. Utilizing CAD software to create designs and plans for new or improved manufacturing equipment.
3. Developing and implementing tooling design and setup strategies to boost efficiency and productivity.
4. Troubleshooting mechanical issues and implementing innovative solutions to prevent recurrence.
5. Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including process maps, equipment manuals, and training materials.
6. Applying Lean Methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and production, to ensure manufacturing objectives are met.
8. Ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
9. Providing technical support and training to manufacturing personnel.
What you need for this position:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering.
3. Proficiency in CAD Design and Tooling Design and Setup.
4. Excellent mechanical troubleshooting skills.
5. Experience with technical documentation.
6. Familiarity with Lean Methodologies.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
9. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. The ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
