Are you a dynamic, innovative, and results-oriented engineer with a passion for technology? We are seeking a Permanent Manufacturing Engineer to join our fast-paced, high-growth technology company. This role is perfect for a professional with a strong background in mechanical engineering, solidworks, kaizen, manufacturing methods, and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our manufacturing processes forward, ensuring that we continue to deliver high-quality products to our customers on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of product design, materials, fabrication processes, tooling and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods, and quality control standards.
2. Analyze and plan work force utilization, space requirements, and workflow, and design layout of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
3. Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential.
4. Design, install, or troubleshoot manufacturing equipment.
5. Apply continuous improvement methods such as lean manufacturing to enhance manufacturing quality, reliability, or cost-effectiveness.
6. Incorporate new manufacturing methods or processes to improve existing operations.
7. Use SolidWorks or other CAD software to design and develop models and drawings of new products.
8. Implement Kaizen or other continuous improvement methodologies to drive efficient and cost-effective operational processes.
9. Collaborate with design engineering and other functions to ensure product quality is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role within the technology industry.
3. Proficiency in SolidWorks or other comparable CAD software.
4. Demonstrated experience with Kaizen or other continuous improvement techniques.
5. Solid understanding of manufacturing methods and process improvement techniques.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
7. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally to resolve issues and achieve goals.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
9. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
10. Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
