We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our team as a Manufacturing Integration Manager. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our innovative, fast-paced organization that values teamwork, continuous improvement, and out-of-the-box thinking. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating manufacturing processes, improving operations, and driving cost efficiencies. With your expertise in fabrication, manufacturing, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the integration of manufacturing processes across different departments and facilities.
2. Conduct cost analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and drive cost efficiencies.
3. Develop and implement process improvement strategies using methodologies such as Sigma Six and Kaizen.
4. Manage manufacturing operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and achieving production targets.
5. Collaborate with the plant manager and other key stakeholders to align manufacturing strategies with business objectives.
6. Oversee project management, including planning, scheduling, and monitoring of projects related to manufacturing integration.
7. Utilize DOE modeling to optimize manufacturing processes and improve product quality.
8. Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing operations through innovative strategies and solutions.
9. Work with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
10. Lead the team in implementing and adhering to best practices in plastic manufacturing.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in manufacturing leadership, process improvement, or similar role.
2. Proven experience in manufacturing/machinery and costing analysis.
3. Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations management and plant management.
4. Proficient in DOE modeling and Sigma Six methodology.
5. Experience in driving continuous improvements in a manufacturing environment.
6. Familiarity with Kaizen and other process improvement methodologies.
7. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification will be an advantage.
