Job Details

As a Manufacturing Recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:

1. Managing the full recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
2. Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data.
3. Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and recruit high-quality candidates.
4. Scheduling and conducting interviews, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
5. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and creating compelling job descriptions.
6. Conducting pre-employment checks including reference checks and background verification.
7. Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
8. Ensuring compliance with company policies, as well as federal and state employment laws.
9. Providing regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and recruitment efforts.
10. Participating in job fairs and industry-related events to source potential candidates and promote the company’s brand.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 1 year of experience working on roles in the manufacturing sector.
2. Proven experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), recruiting software, and candidate databases.
3. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and ability to attract candidates using various sources.
4. Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to screen for both technical and cultural fit.
5. Solid experience in coordinating and scheduling interviews, including pre-employment screenings.
6. Familiarity with HR databases, HRIS systems, and LinkedIn recruiting.
7. Experience in industrial plant recruiting is a significant plus.
8. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
9. A proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
10. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
