Seeking a dedicated and skilled Pressure Vessel Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly, inspection, maintenance, and repair of pressure vessels in accordance with ASME Code standards. You will work closely with our engineering team to ensure all products meet safety, quality, and performance requirements while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and test pressure vessels according to ASME Code specifications.
Perform inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot pressure vessels as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum materials.
Ensure products are delivered on time and meet customer expectations.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and optimize production processes.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in pressure vessel manufacturing, welding, or a related field.
Knowledge of ASME Code “U” and “R” stamping requirements.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Familiarity with a variety of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Certification in welding or relevant technical certifications is a plus.
