We are looking for a creative & outgoing Market Research Manager or Consumer Insights Manager to join our team. Remote role with 6 times a year travel to the office in Bethlehem, PA.

The Market Research Manager will report to the head of research work with an analyst and assist with all phases of custom market research projects, including questionnaire/guide development, sample preparation, data collection, analysis, report writing and presentation development. This position requires a high level of planning and project management skills with the ability to lead multiple research projects simultaneously, across various stages of analysis. This individual will also be expected to conduct secondary research of government and industry data to identify, monitor and understand industry issues for leadership, staff and PR agencies, or as a precursor to designing primary market research studies and/or developing presentations.

Things you will do:
Collaborate with department head to conduct custom market research studies (both qualitative and quantitative) among members, non-member industry professionals and consumers.
Help design, execute, and manage multiple market research projects, including those conducted internally and others executed through outside research vendor partners.
Develop visually appealing reports and presentation findings.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, handling questionnaire testing, sample management and data collection processes efficiently.
Utilize project management skills to meet project deadlines and deliver results to internal and external stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
Gather, analyze and interpret primary and secondary data in order to deliver market insights to members, the industry and to the media.
Serve as a resource for industry information to staff, members and PR agencies.
Attend and participate in the annual Industry Tradeshow (KBIS) and other conferences and events should the business need arise.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

Skills you need:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Market Research, Statistics, Business or a related field (Required).
Minimum of three (3) years of market research experience
Minimum of three (3) years of Market Research/ Insights experience in the construction industry and/or market research vendor/firm (Preferred).
Expert level understanding of multiple market research techniques and methodologies.
Experience designing and managing multiple quantitative/qualitative research projects from inception to completion (Required).
Expert level skills and experience working in G-Suite, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook programs (Required); InDesign and Keynote (Preferred).
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
