Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors and market conditions to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.

Client Acquisition:
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential clients.
  • Utilize digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and other online tools to generate leads.
  • Attend local events, industry conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Tech-Savvy Approach:
  • Stay abreast of technological advancements and implement innovative tools and strategies to enhance marketing and sales efforts.
  • Leverage CRM systems and other software to manage client interactions and track sales performance.

Content Creation:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content, including blog posts, articles, and social media updates, showcasing the firm's expertise in finance and accounting.

Client Relationship Management:
  • Nurture relationships with existing clients and strategically engage with them to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries promptly.

Sales Presentations:
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, highlighting the firm's services, expertise, and value proposition.
Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and sales initiatives.
Generate regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field.
