Marketing Specialist

We are a large OEM with a footprint in almost every US state. We are looking to add a Marketing Specialist to our already robust team. If you have 3+ years of Marketing experience with an emphasis on developing new strategies and acting as a Liason between Customers this could be your next home!

• Lead efforts to plan, execute and measure local marketing strategies that support the key business initiatives for both franchisees as well as company owned stores
• Lead and manage a franchisee digital media and marketing program, running campaigns for franchise partners and company owned stores
• Partner with operations teams to communicate marketing plans and train appropriate franchisee store staff on marketing tactics
• Develop and facilitate process, procedure and communication that will provide company franchisees with a clear understanding of national marketing initiatives, resulting in buy-in and compliance of policies
• Forecasts monthly marketing spend of work in-progress and assists with invoice processing

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field required; an equivalent combination of education, skills and professional experience will be considered
• 5 or more years of demonstrated professional growth in marketing or related field is required

• Working knowledge of SAP is desired, but not required
• Prior experience working with WordPress and Salesforce Pardot would be a plus

Travel is required up to 40%
