We are currently seeking an experienced Permanent Instrumentation Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in instrumentation technician, barrel, manufacturing, automation, and maintenance technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all instrumentation and automation systems are operating efficiently and effectively, and that all manufacturing processes are running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair all instrumentation and automation systems in the manufacturing plant
• Conduct regular inspections of all equipment to ensure that they are functioning properly
• Troubleshoot and diagnose any problems with the instrumentation and automation systems
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment
• Work with the manufacturing team to identify areas for improvement in the manufacturing process
• Provide technical support to the manufacturing team to ensure that all equipment is being used properly
• Ensure that all safety protocols are being followed at all times
• Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work that is performed

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience as an instrumentation technician, barrel, manufacturing, automation, or maintenance technician
• Strong knowledge of instrumentation and automation systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose problems with equipment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree preferred
