Seeking a Mechanical Engineer ideal candidate will have HVAC, fire protection, and plumbing mechanical systems in the education, public safety, hospitality and/or healthcare market. Revit and/or AutoCad is highly desired.

Position Description:
Joining the buildings mechanical design team to assist in commercial building engineering:

• HVAC design
• Plumbing design
• Fire Protection design.
• Code analysis
• Energy modeling
• Lab/Medical gas systems
• LEED/Green Globes documentation
• Life cycle cost analysis.

Qualifications:
Bachelor in Engineering Degree

• 8+ Years of Mechanical Experience
• EIT Certification
• Minimum of 1+ years experience in design
• Well-versed in AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Office software
• HVAC design

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional Engineer (PE)
• Organizational skills
