Title: Mechanical Engineer
Compensation: $90k-$130k/year (depending on experience)
Location: Morrisville, NC

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop innovative mechanical systems and processes to improve efficiency and sustainability.
2. Perform detailed engineering calculations and estimations to support design decisions.
3. Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all projects.
4. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
5. Optimize existing systems and processes to improve performance and reduce costs.
6. Collaborate with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
7. Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
9. Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the design, development, or implementation stages.

What you need for this position:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience.
3. Proven experience in Engineering Design, Calculations and Estimations, Technical Documentation, Project Management, and System Optimization.
4. Strong knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and practices.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
8. Proficiency in using engineering software and tools.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. Commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
