Mechanical Engineer

• Design electro-mechanical mechanisms, sheet metal components, structural weldments, and piping.
• Generate BOMs, perform calculation documentation, and research and select purchased parts.
• Communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors as necessary.
• Have 8 years of design experience within a design and manufacturing environment.
• Be proficient in Autodesk Inventor (Inventor Pro 2022 or later preferred), with SOLIDWORKS experience and a

willingness to master Autodesk Inventor acceptable.

• Be self-motivated with the ability to handle assignments with minimal guidance.
• Have experience with GD&T and manufacturing processes.
• Perform daily contact with employees on the shop floor and in the office area, obtain and manage quotes of

needed purchased items, manage approval drawings, field vendor and shop engineering questions, and support
outside engineering houses with information and technical direction.
