We are full-service, fully independent, integrated agency with a leadership team who is continually looking to evolve and grow our business. Due to continued agency growth, we have an immediate need for a Media Buyer/ Planner who will work cross-client and cross platform (traditional and digital). This is a FT direct hire role, for a candidate ideally based in NE Ohio OR Miami/ Ft Lauderdale area.

Is your background a fit?
* 4+ years of digital media buying and/or planning experience, preferably on the agency side
* Local and national experience across multiple sectors, B2B experience a plus!
* Knowledge of and familiarity with building, optimizing, and reporting on campaigns in DSPs (The Trade Desk, Simpli.Fi), social platforms (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn), and Google’s suite of products (Ad Words, GDN, Youtube).
* Has worked directly with publishers, negotiating and planning based on client need, and managing the relationship
* Strong understanding of the capabilities, benefits, and challenges of various programmatic and social platforms, as well as prominent digital publishers, and can apply this knowledge to develop and defend strategies
* Proficient in using DCM and tag managers (GTM, Adobe, etc.)
* Strong research, analytical, mathematical, and negotiating skills
* Collaborative attitude and proactive communicator
* Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs
* Prior experience in Advantage Media software a plus
* Digital platform certifications a plus

What will you be doing?
Overview: Oversee the strategy and execution of digital campaigns (cross client) including strategic planning, tactical recommendations, establishing benchmarks and KPI’s, building, launching, and monitoring campaigns for success, as well as providing reporting and insights.
* Gather and analyze research to provide sound, strategic, consumer insights-driven media recommendations
* Develop innovative media strategies with a complete understanding of traditional and digital ecosystems: how consumers use each platform and how brands can participate authentically
* Formulate, write, and present media recommendations as part of an integrated strategy to clients and internal teams
* Provide transparent media stewardship including on-going campaign optimizations, billing and budget reconciliation, and campaign troubleshooting for assigned accounts
* Identify and negotiate cost-effective, scalable, and targeted media agreements
* Interpret campaign results and communicates the effectiveness of components to clients
