Due to continued agency growth, we have an immediate need for an Integrated Media Supervisor to be the focal point to our client. Ideal candidates will be cross-channel with a focus on local media. This is a full-time direct hire role, preferably based in Chicago, but open to fully remote.

Is your background a match?
* 3+ years of experience in cross-channel integrated media planning & strategy
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* 1+ year of supervisory experience
* Client-first mentality
What will you be doing?
* Manage day-to-day client expectations
* Collaborate on high level strategy development to inform cross-channel planning
* Deliver evidence-based media solutions that are tailored to client objectives
* Guide the planning process and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverable commitments
* Take ownership of the team’s work, delegate and manage workflow; ensure quality control
* Supervise and develop team members
* Build and leverage relationships with media vendors; explore new partnership opportunities
* Manage client billing process and ensure timely deliverables
* Manage 2+ direct reports, working on new business and possibly another account
