Our company is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Medical Device Sales Representative to join our fast-paced, innovative team. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to grow and thrive in an environment where creativity, tenacity, and passion are valued. You will be responsible for driving the sales of our cutting-edge medical devices in a specified territory. This position requires a high level of initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with medical professionals.

Responsibilities:

1. Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other medical staff within the assigned territory.
2. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and clinical information to potential clients.
3. Develop and implement territory sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Provide product demonstrations and training to clients and potential clients.
5. Monitor and analyze sales trends within the territory to identify opportunities and challenges.
6. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network and stay up-to-date with the latest medical device trends and technologies.
7. Maintain a high level of product knowledge, competitive product knowledge, and understanding of market dynamics and healthcare industry trends.
8. Collaborate with sales management and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
9. Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing sales reports, keeping sales records, and maintaining customer records.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum of 2 years of proven outside sales, cold-calling experience
2. Proven track record of successful B2B sales and territory management.
3. Strong understanding of territory sales and territory management.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
7. Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Ability to travel within assigned territory.
9. Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
11. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
