Job Details:

We are a prestigious law firm searching for an accomplished Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury Defense Litigation attorney in the Orlando, FL area.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney or Personal Injury Defense Attorney.
4. Extensive experience in civil litigation and general liability defense litigation.
5. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and standards of care.
6. Exceptional analytical, research, and negotiation skills.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
8. Ability to handle a large caseload and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
9. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
