Medical Segment Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Medical Segment Sales Specialist with a strong background in the commercial medical device/equipment/supplies industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop profitable business and possess technical business development experience. This position requires a willingness to travel up to 50% with some being international.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the medical segment to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Identify market trends and growth segments in the respective region and prepares segment strategies to exploit

market opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and marketing campaigns
• Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior management
• Develop the 3–5 year Marketing/Commercial Strategy for division and drive implementation setting for Sales and

innovation groups

• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve business objectives
• Gather technical requirements from potential customers and match against product portfolio.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or BS degree in Marketing or Business
• Post graduate degree in Marketing preferred
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Proven ability to develop profitable business
• Experience in wearables or printed electronics preferred
• Experience in polymer industry preferred
• Experience in commercial medical device/equipment/supplies industry
• Technical business development experience
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role
