We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Medical Technologist MLT Tech to join our dynamic medical industry team. The ideal candidate will be a Certified Medical Laboratory Technician with a strong background in MLT, BLS, MT, Medical Technologist, and lab technologist. Responsibilities:

As a Medical Technologist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Your duties will include:

• Conducting tests and procedures on specimens to provide accurate and timely results for patient care
• Analyzing and interpreting test results to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintaining and operating laboratory equipment and instruments
• Ensuring compliance with all laboratory policies, procedures, and regulations
• Participating in quality control and quality assurance activities
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care
• Contributing to the development and implementation of laboratory policies and procedures
• Assisting with training and mentoring of other laboratory staff

Qualifications:

The successful candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT)
• Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting
• Current BLS certification
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and instrumentation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
