BEHAVIORAL HEALTH THERAPIST

40 HOURS/WEEK – 5 8s Schedule

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Therapist. You will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic care to our patients, including those struggling with eating disorders and other behavioral health issues. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our patients while growing professionally in a supportive and collaborative environment.


  • Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to
patient care.
  • Providing crisis intervention as needed and assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system.
  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and therapeutic needs.
  • Facilitating discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients from our care to the next level of care.
  • Maintaining up-to-date patient records and adhering to all confidentiality regulations.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with the latest best practices

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
  • A valid and current license to practice as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience; experience working with eating disorders is a plus
  • Demonstrated experience in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients,
families, and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload effectively.
  • Ability to respond effectively to crisis situations and manage high-stress scenarios.
  • Commitment to adhering to the highest ethical standards and professional guidelines.
