We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Therapist. You will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic care to our patients, including those struggling with eating disorders and other behavioral health issues. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned Therapist. You will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic care to our patients, including those struggling with eating disorders and other behavioral health issues. - Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs and goals.
- Collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and integrated approach to
- Providing crisis intervention as needed and assisting patients in navigating the healthcare system.
- Conducting thorough assessments to identify patients' strengths, weaknesses, and therapeutic needs.
- Facilitating discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients from our care to the next level of care.
- Maintaining up-to-date patient records and adhering to all confidentiality regulations.
- Participating in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with the latest best practices
Qualifications:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- A valid and current license to practice as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience; experience working with eating disorders is a plus
- Demonstrated experience in individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, etc.
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients,
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high caseload effectively.
- Ability to respond effectively to crisis situations and manage high-stress scenarios.
- Commitment to adhering to the highest ethical standards and professional guidelines.
