JOB SUMMARY: Install, repair, fabricate, and maintain roofs, gutters, flashing, and duct work for heating and ventilation.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES: Additional duties may be assigned. Provide general maintenance duties as may be requested by the supervisor.
Fabricate ducts, ventilators, and exhaust hoods, gutters and roofs from drawings.
Installs and repairs roofs, roof drains, roofs, gutters, etc. on existing buildings or new additions.
Locates and repairs leaks in metal types of roofing.
Maintains tools and equipment of the roofing sheet metal craft.
Maintains regular attendance.
Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
Complete necessary training and in-service as required.
Follows all safety rules and regulations and uses prescribed personal protective equipment.
Continuously improves processes.
